Brief history:

Fruit of the dreams of our good times as crew members, we founded in 2009 the ISMBR agency. Motivated by the growth of the cruise industry and the market's lack of offering good agency services, we decided to make ourselves available to offer transparency, quality and agility. Since the beginning of our operations, we have shaped the company's philosophy, committed to our values. We visualize innovation as our projection towards the future.

We do not hire candidates, we are only responsible for directing candidates to the contracting companies (ship owners), supporting them with the procedures and obtaining the necessary documentation.

  • Online pre-selection interview 1 with ISMBR agency team.

  • Online pre-selection interview 2 with shipping company recruiters.

  • Online tests and registration on shipping companies systems.

  • Approval of shipping companies.

  • Documentation.
